| Original post here: La-Z-Link Short story: TT swap. Hooked everything back up (TT fuel pump) and car just cranks, but won't start. The ECU had a constant light and kicked on the Aux Fan - tells me it's a bad ECU. Also, has 2 year old gas in the tank. Verified spark, fuel pressure, injectors. Got a new known good ECU. Drained out as much bad gas as I could and added 2 gallons of 93 octane. There's probably 4 gallons of total gas left (didn't have enough gas cans - 2 fresh and 2 old). Put the chip into the new ECU and the red LED stays on when the key is on. I think I've now narrowed it down to a bad chip. The harness is brand new, but I don't think there's anything in the harness that could cause this, is there? Any other advice?
